From the warm welcome by Jakob and the exceptional service from Melissa and Marmata at the front desk to the personalized breakfast experience crafted by Chef Ngurah, every moment felt special. the suite we were upgraded to was simply stunning, offering luxury amenities such as a jacuzzi and Bulgari toiletries. The hotel's central location, a short walk from the old town, provided convenient access to Salzburg's main attractions. the rooftop restaurant offered panoramic views of the city and a relaxed atmosphere to unwind after a day of exploring. the breakfast room with its glass facade overlooking the mountains and Hohensalzburg Fortress added a charming touch to our mornings. From the cozy ballroom to the herb garden on the roof, the hotel exudes a sense of Austrian charm and hospitality. the staff's dedication to customer service and the range of amenities available, from the gym to the wellness area, ensured a comfortable and memorable experience. Overall, Imlauer Hotel Pitter Salzburg encapsulates the essence of Austrian hospitality with its blend of modern comfort and traditional charm.
